Do you have daily 'quiet time'? Yes, I do. What does that look like for you? Lately, crap! It's like this, you see. On weekdays my wife is at work and the kids are at school, so most of the day, from 7:30 until 3:00, is pretty quiet. Of course, there is also Max, so that time is divided between me time and we time. After 3:00, texts start to roll in, the kids and my wife are home, and there is very little quiet time. Recently, things have gotten befuddled, and I've been bunkoed out of my peace and quiet. Between no school and snow days, the kids are home as much as at school, my wife has been home sick, and we have people in and out trying to fix this damn boiler. In between all this, we are working with the landlord trying to get our neighbor moved out so we can start moving things around (our duplex is turning into a single house) and the neighbor stops by to visit for hours on end. It seems like, since the end of January, things have gotten all foozled and my quiet time is all piffled. It's been a week since I could sit and relax as I am right now, with Max snoozing on my feet, and spending some relaxing time in here. But I am waiting for furnace repair people to call, they are coming out as soon as a part they ordered, which is supposed tobe here today, comes in...
