What is one thing you've tried and probably won't do again? A few years back, while still in the St. Cloud area, a new, authentic Mexican restaurant opened up so we decided to try it out. We ordered a variety platter that had a bit of everything, enough so that my wife and I could share it and still have plenty. They prepared the food while we snacked on homemade chips and salsa. When the food came out, it was divided amongst three large platters and everything was drowning in poblano mole! I am not a fan of this spicy, sweet, and cocoa gravy in the first place, but our waiter informed us that this was very good, and if we did not like it, there would be no charge. I tried a bite and as I put it in my mouth, smelled a fishy odor along with the peppers and cocoa and almost gagged on the salty, sweet, hot, fishy, and chocolate taste of this sauce.
