Cooking / eating Tofu. ![]() It looks like a mix of grout and old window putty, and tastes like it ![]() ... thanks, not again. I wouldn't even "choke it down" out of a feeling of duty if my best friend cooked it. ![]() I'm aware that many people make / made good experiences with implementing it into their diet and got healthy results, but it's not my means for getting those. ![]() The same with sugar alternatives, by the way: I had diabetes before / during my change of diet, and my doctor said no table sugar. So I tried myself through birch / coco / whatever sugar, stevia (especially Uah!), sugar substitutes like erythritol / aspartame, and so on. The only tolerable "substitute" was maple syrup... which was actually poison for my fat liver because it consists of 80% fructose. ![]() ![]() Anyway, in the end, I was so frustrated and disgusted by everything sweet (as my tastebuds were *peeped* around with all the time) that I returned to table sugar after about six weeks, despite the diabetes. But so be it. Food rather tastes than not. Simple as that. Guess what? Despite table sugar, diabetes vanished. Granted, it took longer, but I was happy again. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Schei...benhonig – now I want a freaking piece of freaking cake! ![]() So quickly off to my daily walk... so I have reason to "reward" myself later. ![]() Have a great day, Ms. Lilli Munster 🦇 ☕ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
