My goal is to write 750 words a day. I am over 8500 words and Sunday is not complete.

Sat. 11 am Mastermind

Sun. 12 pm Working Writer

Reading
I will read 25 books this year on Goodreads.com
I am continuing to read Sophie Cousens's Before I Do and Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton.
Working
Get report cards underway - Done 5 of 6 in draft so far.
Plan for my class
Try to add my observations on the Tracking sheets for anything new we accomplish.
Get one Safety Plan resigned.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Meditation - one 20 minute Loving Kindness session; one 5 minute calm before bed session
Drink at least 2L a day - 1650 ml most days.
Eat more fiber and protein. Sort of
No eating after 8 pm. Not always this week.
Other
Clean cat boxes. A couple of times.
Garbage and Recycling Bins out.
