Once upon a time in the Outer Reaches of Mongolia, the Khans had a fight over snow. The last Khan created a magic beam that stretched to the planet Pluto. The Plutonians received the message in 1844 and subsequently sent back the curse requested by the Khan as a Cyclone Bomb affecting the entire North American continent as the freezing rain/snow combination storm for the past week. The Plutonians are sending a peace emissary; they will arrive in a few millennia to discuss the terms of our surrender.
