Oh honey, that sounds like when I was a new mother. Never any time for myself. About the time I was ready to take a shower, the baby woke. About the time I was ready to get dressed, the baby was hungry.

Hmm, can you wake a bit earlier than the rest in your home? Can you stay up a little later than the rest in your home? Can you grab a half hour at lunch?

But by all means, go have a cry. In fact, go outside and have a nice scream. Then watch funny cartoons, or old funny movies, or read funny jokes.
