Elle, I seldom do reviews, so I'll skip trying to dissect this piece.

It's very important.

Personal stories help me understand where others are coming from. It's why "Don't say gay" is frightening and dangerous.

I've shared aspects of my own story in dribbles and drabbles. But... I've been deeply wounded at times when I tried and ofttimes just don't bother.

So thanks for shining a light on a personal aspect of your life.
