I am reading 30 books this year for the Goodreads Challenge. I have read 1 book so far.
I am currently reading The Wedding Date by Zara Stoneley for fun. The craft book I have chosen is How To Write That Scene by Rayne Hall and the Self Improvement book I am reading is Creating The Best Me by Devlin L. Joubert.
Work:
Organize my Digital and Physical supply bags and resources.
I am scheduled to supply 2 days this week. Today is our first serious Snow Day!
Health:
I will walk 10K a day this week. (2x low; 4x high)
I will do 1 to 3 yoga sessions this week.
I will do 1 to 3 meditation sessions this week.
I will continue to record my meals in MyFitnessPal and see about taking on a longer challenge if I am able. I will continue to drink at least 2 liters of water a day (spread out over the day), not eat after 8 pm, get more fiber and protein in my diet and cut back on my sugar consumption. I am still trying to follow a modified Cinderella Solution.
Other:
10 minutes x 100 day challenge to declutter my work and living spaces.
