Update for the week of January 10 to 16, 2022.
Write:
750 words a day (5250 words a week). I am currently at 5671 words, but I am not yet done.
Do a contest. Test Your Poetry Contest - "Divine Inspiration - Syllabics Open in new Window.
Attend virtual writing events this week:
Each day of the week - Ninja Writers YouTube channel - Mon - Fri 9 am , Sat & Sun 10 am - I did three weekdays so far.
Workshops:
Creating Scenes Fri. 4 pm --Cohort call at 4 pm as well {{e:checkg} & *Checkg* I did the Cohort call for 45 minutes then joined my workshop late.
Creating a Poetry Chapbook Fri. 8 pm *Checkg*
Reading Group Fri 6 pm *Checkg* I joined another group for the evening as none of my group showed up.
Beats for Act II Sat. 4 pm *Checkg*
Fiction Co-working Call Tues. 6 pm *Checkg*
GWN Wed. 7:30 pm *X*
Goals and Accountability Sun 2pm - having trouble getting into this today, so I bailed. Bonnie managed to fix my GWN spreadsheet that had messed up on me. I was at least able to update.
NWAL Sun 3 pm *Checkg*

Read:
30 books for the year on Goodreads.com. I have completed 1 book.
I finished Heaven and Earth by Nora Roberts and began The Wedding Date by Zara Stoneley.
Decide on nonfiction book to read and get to it. I figured on Daring Greatly, but then I got back into Creating the Best Me.
I have also selected How To Write That Scene as my craft book for the month.

Work:
Organize virtual supply bag. Not yet.
Attend OT meeting on Wed. Jan. 12 4:30 pm (virtual) to ask questions about remote teaching. *Checkg* BORING.
Work as I can. I did 2 days two different ACE classes this week.

Health:
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high) Only 2 days this week, but it was very cold so the motivation was not there to get out for very long. The two days were both supply days so I was able to walk around a school.
Yoga (1-3 sessions) a week. 1 session of 15 minutes so far.
Meditation (1-3 sessions) a week. None yet.
No food after 8 pm. Increase my water consumption to 2 L a day. Follow Cinderella Solutions as a modified 'diet' lifestyle. I increased my water, most of my eating was done before 8 pm. The days where I did eat after 8 pm was when I was finishing up dinner - it was not to snack. I have been making healthy food choices and focusing on getting protein at each meal, more fiber and less sugar.

Other:
Declutter - 10 minutes x 100 day challenge - I am keeping up.
Movement - 10 minutes x 100 day challenge - I am keeping up.
Get Out of the House - 10 minutes x 100 day challenge - I am keeping up.
