There's a chain in California called Little Eataly, Olivia‘s catching up on YUMS, but I've never eaten there because the line is always so long.

Odessa Molinari, I have a character that is searching for the perfect biscuit recipe and is testing out lots of them. Also, he will get into making his own teas. They also feed the animals a lot. *Laugh*
