October Novel Prep Challenge

Hi,

I just emerged a bit ago to catch the news. I think I can stop squeezing my brain for good story ideas. In addition to the guy who decided to go through the drive-in of a local McDonalds last summer, lay down and waited for a car to come through, make that turn and run over and kill him, last month a guy took an assault hand gun and killed his 3 kids and wife and was gunned down by the S.W.A.T. trying to escape via roof tops. Tonight I heard that starting last night the major freeway (Hwy99) was closed in both directions due a man threatening to jump from a overhead bridge. I'm not sure yet if he is down, alive, dead, or what. I'll know later. I need to start gathering research on all of these. When I have a free moment. I can smell a good cop story.
