When I feel out of sorts I get my ipod and listen to music. It instantly makes me feel better. I find it difficult to feel negative while listening to something I really enjoy. Movement can help too. Jogging, stretches, light housework - nothing too strenuous. Or if you feel like being lazy, let yourself be lazy and don;t feel guilty. Think of it as therapy.
