So, basically, the "Democratic" Republic of the Congo isn't anymore? 'Cuz Kinshasa is the capital city of the DRC, after all. Considering it's relatively "stable" compared to other countries...

(How do I know about it? Something something story I made something something finding someone something something witch of the winds something something. So as long as Cabinda isn't in the northern parts of the DRC, and specifically leaves the region of Bas-Uele alone, everything's peachy.)
