I was aiming for that most people would work it out just before it was revealed - ie when the replica knife is seen. Maybe I was a little too heavy handed in hinting earlier though.

Regarding todays chapterm, and stuff hinted at within: This version of Cabinda is a little bigger than the real world Cabinda, incorporating some parts of Congo-Kinshasa. Actually, that's the city Will landed in earlier, so I guess it isn't called Congo-Kinshasa in this chapter. On the whole, it's probably just as well the country is called Cabinda, as it would be mightily confusing if there was a third country in the world called Congo...
