Goals: Ongoing Family Crisis Week (Oct 19-23)

- Write my weekly "Promptly Poetry Challenge (2025-2026)" Open in new Window. poem - week 21
- Check in with my "Habit Heroes " Open in new Window. at least 3 times
- Enter at least one WDC contest
- Provide emotional support (via phone calls) for family member who is in inpatient physical rehab and very unhappy about it
- Follow CDC guidelines for covid-19 prevention to best ability
- Call elderly family members on quarantine/isolation
- Rest & recovery from my own health crisis
