I think, if I can pull it off, I can throw a bit of espionage in it because though prostitution in the US is illegal it is hard to prosecute because of victim willingness and Mexico claims it is illegal there but almost every city has a "safe zone" where it is protected. Zona Norte in Baja California in Mexico being the largest.
