Looking for growth story

Hey! So a while ago I came across an interactivee story about this teenage guy that woke up alone in an island only wearing a swim trunk and flip flops. Then he meets two girls, starts growing and has sex with them (I believe there was also another path where he meets a boy friend of his). If any one knows which story I'm talking about and can tell me the name that would be great!
