Hi, I am an “Old” fart, I turned 78 on the 18th of July. I find it amazing because somewhere around your age I started wondering how long I’d live and I NEVER expected to last this long. I’m so jealous of you and others that are just starting on that path we call life and opening all those doors that lead to each new experience, while my life is starting to close all those doors. I was an AVID science fiction buff and read everything I could put my hands on. I wanted to write too, but I let my fear of trying stop me. I started writing at 70 and I’m still scrambling learning the craft. You have a 55 year head start on it, do NOT stop. You have a gift for descriptive words.

Gotta run, stay safe and enjoy life, it’s still a wonderful place to hang out.
