The Monthly Script Writing Contest

I've dealt with some unusual poetry forms, but this script format really messed with my head. It's almost as if trying so hard to wrap my head around the format gave me Writer's block; no fault of yours, of course. I don't do all that well with machinery; I wonder if my mind thinks machinery and the format are somehow related? Anyway, it's not 5 pages, but there is a beginning, middle and end to the scene:
