I don't have any name for it, but the fifth stanza was meant as a break of pattern, to break the routine at two third. I could propose a "kwoa?" (which is a four letter word + ?, that would reinforce the word game, since kwoa means "what" in french (kwoa=quoi=french for what). 4 + ?, a kwoa?.
