Access to items
I'm posting this in both Technical and Non-Technical Support because I don't know what the problem is.

I want EVERYONE to be able to see this book item and all of the items contained within it and to be able to review and comment on them.

I have set access to 'No Restrictions' and I can find no other settings that might prevent someone from viewing these items.

I get emails from members saying the tried to access the item and were shut out.

What am I missing?
