here's my take

Coffee Pot Brews Up Love

I am the coffee pot
that fuels my master’s love
as I brew up a cup
of steaming love
every morning
as I heat the hot water
and my owner
fills his cup
and gives his tea
to the love of his life
I smile
glad I could play
my small but vital part
in their on-going love affair
