Turned on It's Head
So thanks to Brandiwyn🎶 Author Icon, I finally know who my protagonist and my antagonist are... and I have a working outline. But my antagonist is who I thought my protagonist is... and my protagonist is someone I thought was just a minor character. No wonder I wasn't getting anywhere!
