In honor of National Pancake Day ( https://nationaldaycalendar.com/national-pancake-day-september-26/ ) here in the USA, we are going to revisit the Epulaeryu form, which was invented by Joseph Spence, Sr., in tribute to the culinary delights he experienced while traveling in the Mediterranean and Far East.

The form consists of seven lines with syllable counts of 7, 5, 7, 5, 5, 3, 1. Each line expresses a thought about some food item, with the last single-syllable summarizing the experience followed by an exclamation point to stress the excitement, as described and demonstrated in the following links:
