Accentual syllabic trochaic meter, Stress-unstressed = 1 trochee. Dropping the last unstressed syllable = (catalectic).
L1 & L3, 4 catalectic trochaic feet, L2 & L4 3 catalectic trochaic feet. Not as easy as it sounds.
