The Rondeau form turns on only two rhymes, with the refrain being unrhymed, as described and demonstrated in the following link: http://www.poetrymagnumopus.com/forums/topic/1382-rondeau-family-of-forms-includ... .

Therefore, "mind," "blind," "out in me," "eternally," and "memory" should all match.

In any case, this is a lovely poem, whether or not it conforms to the precise specifications of the Rondeau form.
