Ya Du or ritú which means "season" is a Burmese Verse Form dedicated to the seasons. I wrote a quick homage to Myanmar's (formerly Burma) rice harvest. 95% of cultivated land is rice. "Week 10 Rice Season in Burma - Ya Du" But I also include a Ya Du I wrote last November about another "season" in in the USA, because it happened again this last weekend.
