~ The Poet's Place Cafe~

I got in my car and drove across country to the beautiful state of California . I left the state of Kentucky early in the morning and drove until I could no longer feel my legs. I then stopped at a motel and rested by getting on a float in the wonderful swimming pool and floating around in the glistening sun.

I took my time driving and traveling across this fantastic Nation of ours. It Is a long way from my state to the Golden state. I plan to visit the fabulous city of angels in Los Angeles. I've never been there before, but I will enjoy all of the sites when I arrive.

I plan on visiting The television show "The Price Is Right". Hopefully they will call my name and I will win a car or a fabulous trip to Europe or something. I am a huge fan of the show and would love to be picked to meet Drew Carey.

It is my dream to go there and visit Disney land, I have been to
Disney world in Orlando Florida. I really enjoyed that trip, it was grand. I saw so much there, I went under the sea and visited the lost city of Atlantis and saw mermaids and mermen. I visited, also, a haunted castle, which was so much fun. I saw a parade featuring all of the Disney Characters. I rode a rollercoaster on Space Mountain, and the teacups and saucers. What fun I had, as I met President Lincoln in the robotic flesh.

How neat it would be if I could meet a superstar like, Jennifer Aniston, or Brad Pitt, any of the characters from the shows: Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, or The Big Bang Theory, also Law and Order, and Criminal Minds. It would be a real dream come true to get all of the autographs from the members of all of these casts.
