OFFICIAL SPRINTS START AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
I'm so sorry, y'all. My IRL job is kicking my butt this year.

Given that the version of Write-or-Die that actually makes you stop writing when the clock runs out is defunct, and there seem to be no viable alternatives, I've posted a new procedure in the forum body.

The first official sprint starts at midnight tonight (end of 11/8, beginning of 11/9) WDC time. I hope that gives all the competitors adequate time to see the message. In the meantime, you may start mini-sprinting at any time.
