Notebooks and user name lists
I haven't really used the notebook much until late. I noticed in the comment text box that when I type in {huser: and the user name, the user name list does not pop up. I have to guess if I have gotten it right and then the ending bracket will display a hyperlink or, if I am correct, the handle of the user, appropriately.

The emoticons don't pop the list either. It definitely behaves differently from the other text boxes.
