From what I can read here, do the two warring species have rulers? If not, how do they determine what to do and how to go about doing it? Do the goblins use machines to use the feathers or does the burning of the feathers allow them to fly on their own? Why do the goblins wish to destroy the elves? Also, this it a weird question but it's an important detail: If the elves are all female how do they reproduce? Or do they just maintain the same population through immortality? (Kinda like Themyscira)
What time-period is this based in and what exactly is the dystopia part of this story?
