Discussions At The Garden Bench

I like the ideas of videos and doing a teaching session. These are useful because you are hearing it and seeing it which brings the information into the brain via different means. Reputation makes for emphasis.

One of my main issues is maintaining the information so that it is easily accessible. Unfortunately it seems my delete button is broken. My brain retains a lot of stuff I really do not want or need. Therefore, I have to go through many files of information to find what I'm seeking.

The other issue is short term memory is ok, but it does have some glitches. I do much better after the short term memory moved the information over to long term memory.

There are times when I do not remember which is challenging. It's not that i forget, it just didn't get filed away properly. The mind is an interesting processor.

An example is answering the questions posed in this thread. I believe the instructions were understood and agree yes, you got it, however I'm not certain enough to state firmly that this is correct. I would need to check this out and then give a yes or no to be sure about my accuracy.
