A man finds a small girl lying in an alley, but something about her is off.

I apologize for being so close to the deadline but it turned out taking longer than I expected. I used the little girl in the alley prompt and I had 2495 words. Any feedback is encouraged.
Edit: Whelp, it appears that we live in very different time zones and I missed the deadline because of it. I have to admit, I'm really bummed out.
