It is not possible to 'not be able to write' when you have clearly demonstrated that you can write. You've entered several stories to "Thrice Prompted"  and regardless of whether they are Hugo-award winning or not you have still written stories. Evaluate all reviews you receive, but don't let a bad review discourage you. No one on here is an all-time bestseller, Nobel laureate award-winning writer extraordinaire (we wouldn't be here if we were!). If you enjoy writing keep going. You will naturally improve over time.
