Music always helps me write. Doesn't matter if it's vocal or instrumental, as long as it's something I like. If it's not something I like, I break things until it stops, and then I put on something I like.

These past few days it's been Tom Petty for obvious reasons, but I fear that's making my story just a bit too trippy... maybe I should switch to Pink Floyd? Or, wait...
