Re: Day one Goals
Overall, I hope to average at least 2000 words each day for 25 days to allow for five off-days. Definitely "slow and steady."

My Day One goal is to write at least 2500 words, though I'd love to achieve 3000+ words so I can have a buffer. In my past NaNo attempts, I've had only a handful of scattered 3000-word days and a single 4000-word day, so I'm not certain I'll be able to write that much on Day One. It's worth a try, though. *Think*
