Who wants to help me come up with some Pirate story prompts? There are prizes in it for ya! Arrr...  I'll post some prompts that I stole for inspiration:  Your ship gets overrun by pirates. When the Captain shows up, you realize it's your mother... Dialogue Prompt: "Who's idea was it to steal a pirate ship, anyway?" The MC is a new captain of a stolen new ship. When the anchor is pulled in, the crew is astonished to find a merman tied to it... My beach had no fires, no HELP sign written from driftwood, or SOS made from coconuts.
