WdC recommends using iClipart.com. I checked their terms and conditions and this is what I found...

However, you may NOT:

f. use iCLIPART content in any downloadable format intended for multiple distribution including worksheets, "printables", web site templates, digital scrapbooking kits, software products (including all forms of "apps"), e-greetings, digitized embroidery files, electronic games etc., except as specifically authorized. Use of iCLIPART content on products to be included on "Teachers Pay Teachers" or any similar website is NOT permitted.

Aside from a lack of technical expertise, this is the OTHER reason I didn't make a c-note shop. My guess is other folks are just ignoring the rules. Well, I know a few actually take their own pics. That's different. Anyway, know the rules and what you choose to do with that knowledge is up to you. It's not like I'm going to rat you out to iClipart.com. lol

Sorry to be a party-pooper...it DOES seem to me that most everyone else is breaking the rules...
