I was just invited in so thank you. Someone posted this for me on Reddit. It was so nice to hear there was support out there for people like me that don't fit into a political crowd. This spoke to me quite powerfully. I follow IT leadership because I have a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership but I went against the grain and chose to do my research in a Social Libertarian perspective and true consensus building to make campus improvement plans involving all stakeholders.

The video itself helped support my philsophical base because it argues against hierarchical relationships and therefore strengthened my desire to lead through consensus.
