Noticing Newbies

Hello,

I've just joined Writing.Com and look forward to working with like-minded individuals. I've recently commented the first draft of my first novel (action/adventure/thriller) and hope I'll be able to obtain some honest feedback.

It's a novel that takes place primarily in Turkey, where I lived for five years. It's called The Kurdish Connection. I'll begin posting as soon as possible.

I retired in 2011 and currently live with my Scottish wife, Sylvia, six cats, and a boxer dog named Tyson. We live on the banks of Lake Huron in Michigan. Our most frequent visitors include a variety of birds and as many as eighteen deer.
