I think we should at least have 4 people in each group. One of my rules of thumb is to always have more than three reviews, and never leave off with just two (one is okay, but you may or may not have enough feedback). Why? Incase those two reviews disagree on something (it has happened before with "Invalid Item" ).

Since I have a feeling that this idea will grow (it has potential), there could be one main group item, but we just have our separate branches. Maybe if someone wanted a critique on an item different than what their group did, they could switch? My reason is this: what if someone who is in a group meant for short stories wants to get feedback for their novel?

Also: I would be happy to create a group image. I could use this kind of creative push as long as my image is for registered authors or higher.

I also won't be available from the evening of March 4th to the afternoon of March 6th.
