Good to have you in 1UppyEar , and you're not too late yet. I don't think you can really be too late for this sort of thing anyway since people can always join the groups after they've started.

I like the idea kerrimiller, but wouldn't it still be like having two groups where people changed from one to the other if their writing fitted better into the other group?
Besides, being too many people in one group could become a problem when agreeing to the frequency and length of submissions.
I'm not saying no to the idea at all though. Any input is much appreciated.

As for the picture that's up to you. If you want to make one, then I think you should. I've never really used images on WdC, so I don't know how that works.
