Tobber, I think that is a cool idea! All too often I have to wait for a person to review as story of mine and I want running blow by blow feedback. Being in a group where we are always giving input to each other on a consistent basis would be very convenient. We already have the Review Board but having small reviewing groups would be even better. We all want to get published and this is a good way to help us with that. I, though, would prefer not to read 18+.
