Bug Reporting

I don't know if this counts as a bug, but it's been bugging me for a while so I figured I'd inform you about it.
Basically, whenever I try to pull up the instant message menu (the scrolling chat and all that), I cannot get to a list of available users. I can access my IM Log and I can get the menu, but when I try to click on users it opens the menu. It looks like the menu button is too big and is overlapping the Users button. This happens on every mobile device I've used (iPad mini, iPad, iPhone 4s, nexus, some other off brand nameless tablet) and occurs in both landscape and portrait orientation.
