As has already been observed, titles are pretty much never covered by copyright laws. Copyright laws cover intellectual property and original ideas, which is why they apply to the contents of a written work, but not to the title. It is possible that titles can be covered by trademark laws, but even then it's almost never for a single piece of work. Typically it would be a series title that's trademarked, but the individual titles are still open.
