and I ain't got nothing to say

I go to bed feeling the same way
I ain't nothing but tired
Man I'm just tired and bored with myself
Hey there baby, I could use just a little help *Music2*

Yes! Talk about getting caught up! Six stories today (I think that's a daily record!). That's going to take me a little while to read and judge, but I know they're all going to be great!

But in the meantime, here's today's prompt, which is actually a scenario:

You're driving down a familiar road when you suddenly find it blocked. There's a sign that says 'DETOUR'. So where does it take you? What do you see? What happens there? You get the idea.

And remember, you have 1,500 words to play with, so surely we can get at least six more horrifying stories out of this prompt!

So are you ready?

Time starts...NOW!
