Love love love Abercrombe. Sand dan Glokta is one of my all time favorite characters. *Smile*

My question is about thoughts. I see them done several ways.

"This guy is a moron," he thought to himself.
"This guy is a moron," he thought to himself.
This guy is a moron, he thought to himself.

Lately I have tended to the second one, but I would love your thoughts on it.
