Indeed it does. It may even be what I "usually" do, though I can't say that with confidence. I much prefer to try to remember that the question mark isn't terminal and so replaces the comma... uh oh. I think. I'm going to have to go back to the first post to make sure I'm not planning to put the commas in the wrong place.
