Lover, come to me, let me
whisper in your ear, let
me hold you close to me
and speak the words you
long to hear.

For I find a kind of
magic when I look into
your eyes, and I feel a
kind of rapture when I
have you by my side.

Come to me at midnight,
under the stars we'll
share a kiss and, when
I lay me down to sleep
at night, I shall dream
of only this.

When daylight comes and
I awake, will I find you
by my side? Will I feel
the rhythm of your heart
beating against mine?

Lover, come to me, let
me look upon your face,
let me know the glory
of your touch and the
warmth of your embrace.

Do not leave me here to
pine for you, in the
darkness all alone. Lover,
come to me, and make
this empty house a home.
