FLASH FICTION CHALLENGE
To celebrate my promotion I am issuing a FLASH FICTION challenge! I love flash fiction. Love to read it, love to write it. This is a true flash fiction challenge. Try not to over-think your story. Write it quickly, the way flash fiction was meant to be written.

1. Write me a Steampunk story in 500 words or less, post your word count at the top of your story item body.
2. Post it in the "The Steampunk Boiler Room" Open in new Window. [E] forum in Bitem format no later than midnight September 10, WdC time.

PRIZES: Everybody wins! You will be credited 10,000 GPs for your troubles. IF I really, REALLY like your story I will award it:
